(PSPF) nor Nielsen Business Media Company, (NBM) publishers of Photo District News Magazine, or PhotoPlusExpo (PPE) shall be responsible, for last minute cancellations or changes in reviewer’s schedules. We will use our best efforts to guarantee you 3 out of each 5 reviews you request. In the event of changes or cancellations, you’ll be notified and we will use our best efforts to offer you an opportunity to select alternative reviewers to see your work. If you prefer, you will qualify for a refund for the amount of the review(s) that have changed or been canceled on the basis of 1 review = $55. unless a discount has been taken, in which case the rate will be pro-rated to reflect the discount. It is for this reason that the opportunity to choose reviews will begin 14 days before the start of PhotoPlus Expo, (on October 12). Thank you for your understanding. In our experience, very few reviews have been canceled or rescheduled. We will deal with any such changes in a timely fashion to assure you of a viable and acceptable alternative to your preferred choices. If a review you’ve chosen is cancelled or changed, you’ll be offered the first opportunity to schedule your review with that reviewer in the new time slot or with one from the same business category. Neither PSPF, NBM nor PPE shall be financially responsible for any airfare, hotel expenses or any other expense resulting from a change or cancellation of a portfolio review.
